"A man’s home is his castle," goes the saying. For former New York Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter, his castle is no longer his home.

As reported by Architectural Digestnull, Jeter has teamed up with Mansion Global to sell his Greenwood Lake estate in Orange County, which spans four acres. The property, initially listed at $14.75 million in 2018, is now on the market for .$6.5 million.

This estate features the 9,000-square-foot, three-story Tiedemann Castle, adorned with battlements and turrets while boasting a thoroughly modern interior. Jeter acquired the property in the early 2000s through several transactions, paying $1.6 million and subsequently investing about  $3 million in renovations.

In addition to the castle, the estate includes guest, boat, and pool houses, an outdoor kitchen, a lagoon, and a dock. There’s even a replica of the Statue of Liberty, bringing the total living space to nearly 12,600 square feet.
